Biography:
Jedi Master Gani Torre is a Jedi Master, who was born on Coruscant. Due to his close proximity to the Galactic Center, he was abducted as a child and trained in the Dark Side by the Dark Jedi of the Second Imperium. He was very young when the Imperium fell, and the Jedi took him in, noting that he was very young, and that the young Force-sensitive child could be taught the Jedi Ways. Through intense training, Gani managed to free himself of the Darkness that had been taught to him by the Dark Jedi. He rose to the rank of Jedi Knight at a relatively young age, due to his proficiency with The Force. He was trained briefly by the legendary Jedi Master Harrald on Tattooine, while on a mission to Tattooine.
Gani has always struggled with his own internal demons. Although he has striven to rid himself of the Dark taint that surrounded him during his young years, he has managed to remain a steadfast bearer of the light. However, he is weary of the Dark Side, and always vigilant, ensuring he will never corrupt himself.
Due to his knowledge of the Dark Side, many Jedi look to him for advice concerning their personal demons.
He took a seat on the Council once most of the Jedi Council was killed in a terrorist attack. He is now one of three Masters on the High Council.
