The flambuoyant and eccentric captain of the Nemisis, Captain Jon Maxim loves to make an entrance. Onboard the Chimaera as it fled the Battle of Endor, Jon Maxim was promoted to the rank of Captain by the Emperor. When the Emperor died, Maxim was deeply saddened and ready to serve Pellaeon.
Maxim grew up on Coruscant and was sent to military academy by his father, a navy admiral. He grew up in the harsh environment of the Imperial Military and learned how to follow directions and give them at the same time. He can carry out a mission competantly and has never failed the Empire. During the Battle of Endor, He commanded a few TIE fighter squadrons and led the surviving members of the fleet to safety while Pellaeon commanded. The Emperor recognized his bravery by awarding him the rank of captain and allowing him to hand pick his crew. Today, those TIE fighter squadrons serve on the Nemesis as well as many of the original crew of the Chimaera and now find themselves on the planet of Bastion now serving under the new Emperor Nain Kaar he wishes he could be promoted to Colonel as himself and his men are willing to stay they have no where else to go.
