Jinta finds hismelf again in the Jedi Temple as he once left but this time his meeting with the Jedi Council has to be a short one as their are other matters at present the most important matter is the mess that Ben Joreth is in but he has a request that he has been waiting to do for a very long time as he enters the jedi Council he has his hood over his head and his arms within each of his cloak sleeves he looks around and notices that their is only a few masters within the room Master sumner was sitting to his far left a few others whom he hasnt met are sitting to his far right their is no one who is sitting infront of him and he didnt see Trenton or Roth in the hallway when he came up perhaps they are not here yet but he can feel their presence is around this area he looks to either side and then he pulls down his hood and looks to the few master that are present...
"Master of the Jedi Council i Master Jinta Jidan have returned"...
"with a strong request that we discuss the aweful disheartining actions of young Master Nain Kaar"...
"his actions must be dealt with"...
"i also purpose that i be granted a seat on the Jedi Council"...
"i have been away far too long"...
"i know that now my judgement has been swayed"...
"but no more my home is here this is where i belong"...
Jinta looks around at the master who are simply watching him they are not sayin a word he feels as if he has come at a wrong time as their is alot that these master have to deal with the most recent being the trouble that young Ben Joreth has gotten himself in and he is in alot of danger and will need to be rescued...

Lucien steps forward intot he Council chambers and notices Master Jinta Jidan speaking to the member's of the Council he takes his seat next to Jet Sumner and looks at Jinta he had heard what he asked well more so anyway he leans in his chair and thinks about what he has said of Course Nain actions are deemed inapproperate destroying a treaty that has lasted more then 12 years peace with Mandalorians which is now broken he should be expelled from the Jedi Order at once but he cant do that without everyone concuring on it. Leaning forward in his chair he looks tot he other masters about his request of being on the Jedi council he has seen him prove hismelf on the political side of his life but not in the Jedi aspect of it and this request has to be taken in seriously but not at this present moment the Order has been shaken up by the news of young Ben Joreth he leans back in his chair just a bit then forward again "Master Jidan agree with you the council does about Master Kaars actions,he will be dealt with at another time" "you must realize that your request will have to wait, and that it is not the most important thing that we on the Council have to deal with" Lucien looks over at Jet who is simply watching everything that is happening he then looks to the others masters and then back to Jinta "you are on this council for now take a seat Master Jidan, your knowledge would be helpful in this matter".

Jinta looks and nods he knows his request wasnt the most important one and he also knows that Nains judgement is now up in arms so he takes his seat next to Lucien and waits for others to arrive he wonders what sort of knowledge he will be able to give the members of the Jedi Council and he wonders if what he saw in his meditation about the young Ben Joreth is the most important thing...

Jet eyes Jinta warily, and as he takes a seat Jet says, "You are only here to view for now, Master Jidan. Your are free to voice your opinion, but you will not be allowed to take parts in any votes as of yet. We have not formally decided in private to put you on the Council. Your absence was a long one, and we must be sure that you still know how to act as a Jedi."
He shifted his gaze from Jinta to the other Masters, and said, "We need to focus our attention on the Nain Kaar incident, as well as send a team to retrieve Padawan Ben Joreth. Most of us felt his Force Pulse several hours ago, and chances are whoever captured him is a deadly nemesis. Ben was almost ready for the trials, and would not have allowed himself to be captured earlier..."
Trenton Vinh strode into the chambers, followed closely by Roth Fenix. Roth said quietly, "I believe there is more to the Ben Joreth incident than meets the eye."
Jet and Aundria Fenix glared, and Aundria stated flatly, "You two were not summoned to the Council Meeting." Roth silenced her with a look and said, "If you have the power to remove us, than do so." He glared at the Masters, none of them spoke up. Roth almost smiled, the Jedi Council, hard as they may try, were not in control of Roth and Trenton. He paused before saying, "Ben was targeted. He wasn't some random Jedi stolen away from the Temple. He was lured off of our grounds, away from other Jedi that would protect him, and taken. We need to evaluate who may have taken one of our most promising pupils, and what message it is trying to send to us."
Jet was annoyed at the interruption, but nodded slowly, "Do you have something in mind?" Roth stared openly at Jet, and said, "They are most likely sending those closest to him a message. If it was directed at the Jedi as a whole, the bomb that went off would have been detonated at the Temple, not somewhere else nearby. I'm going to guess the message was directed at you, Jet. And perhaps at Trenton, as well. Tiverian, perhaps, but I have my doubts. He hasn't had enough time to make an enemy that foreboding."
Jet nodded, and San Xaan spoke up, "Do you suggest that they go to retrieve Ben? Cause that would be playing into their hands. This seems like it is a trap."
Trenton nodded, "And I plan to spring that trap. I'll be going to find him. I looked over the star charts, and sensed where the pulse came from. Somewhere near Kessel, is my assumption. Most likely on it."
Dagon Fenix said, "On the surface, a base of operations for whoever is holding Ben would be easy to find."
Trenton nodded, "There is also the possibility that the base is underground, Kessel has thousands of cave networks."
Dagon nodded, "I do not think it would be a wise move to send a Jedi on his own." He added, "No matter who he may be."
Trent smirked, acknowledging the subtle compliment. The council looked at one another, and Reyne said, "Send a team. Several Jedi with different talents would be much more effective than one."
Jet nodded, "I wish to go. Ben is my Padawan. Tiverian will accompany me, as Ben is his brother, as well as my Padawan."
Aundria Fenix said softly, "Be careful not to let it get personal for you, or your padawan, Master Sumner."
Jet nodded, "I am aware of the dangers, my padawan and I will be going as Jedi, not because of personal attachment."
Trenton wanted to roll his eyes. With Jet joining him, he would not be able to do things his way. At least, not without annoying nagging.
Reyne looked at Trenton and said, "Leave us for now, prepare your things if you wish. We will comm you when the strike team has been assembled. We also need to deliberate on the Nain Kaar issue..."

OOC: Quick filler Post, will make one later
Roth turned to leave with Trenton when Reyne said, "Master Fenix, you stay there is something we have to discuss with you.
Roth's expression went from disinterest to annoyance as he slowly turned towards the council, "is there something wrong with Malfurion?"
Reyne shook his head, "no young Fenix it is a much more important matter than the safety of your Padawan."
Roth's impatience was growing, he looked at his parents seated next to each other, neither met his gaze.
Roth slowly began to decipher what was to become the next topic discussed by the Jedi Order that would impact the entire galaxy itself.

Lucien nods from hearing what Jet had to say and then his focus was turned from Jinta to Trenton and Roth about Ben problem he listens to everything that happens he sits in his chair and glances over to Jinta who seems to be listneing throughevery word as him being back in this setting has been a long time and like Jet has said he will have to act like a Jedi once again if anything is to be voted for him to be on the Council once again. Lucien then waits until the matter with Ben Joreth is done he leans up in his chair grasping his hands on the sides of the chair and starering directly into Trenton eyes he sees something in him that could be an annoyance having Jet with him he wont be able to do what he wants without nagging but perhaps if trenton acts more of an adult Jedi he would be on this council, with Trenton leaving from the Council,he turns his own attention to Roth whom the council has a special and important mission that he doesnt know even. "Master Sumner if i say and might be so bold allow me to go after Nain Kaar after all he was my Padawan and a friend for many years, his betrayal to this Order is bad enough" "but if he has backup like for instance the Imperial Remnant then he will be a big threat,so allow me to after him to Kill him he will have to be stopped it should be me,my fellow masters of this Council" he then looks at Roth who like Trenton Vinh is a bit nieve at some points in his training although he is a master he is a nieve master in his eyes "please Master Fenix calm yourself you are in no trouble we the Council would just like to take a moment from you Reyne please finish off what we the council wants to speak to master Fenix about"

(OOC: I've got you covered, don't worry about it.)
The Masters allowed Roth to sit in the only remaining Jedi Council Seat. The Jedi Masters had been two Jedi Masters short of a dozen, but assuming Jinta would be chosen as one, there would be one seat left. But maybe not for long...
Before anyone could say another word, Tiverian Joreth burst into the room, looking fierce and filled with emotion. He marched straight into the middle of the room and yelled, "Why did none of you tell me about my brother being kidnapped?" Most of the Masters looked appalled, and Jet said calmly, "Tiverian, calm yourself." Tiv didn't listen. He stared down at Jet and bellowed, "Answer me!"
San Xaan looked at Jet, giving a knowing look that made Jet flush. San had been one of the Jedi Masters that did not approve of the two brothers being raised and taught the Jedi ways together. This was, of course, the reason why. They became more attached than they should be. Jet continued to try to calm his apprentice, "Listen Tiv..."
Tiverian stopped yelling and waited. He looked so much older than he had just a few months ago. Jet explained, "With all that was going on, we were not aware of Ben's kidnapping until just a few hours ago. Most of the Masters had gone to Naboo, and the ones that remained were unaware of what had happened to him. They were investigating it until recently. We were going to tell you in a moment."
Tiv asked, in a slightly less angry voice, "What are we going to do?"
Jet said, "We are going to go get him back. He is still alive, for now at least. But we have some matters to discuss. In the mean time, you need to relax. Remember, There is no Death, There is The Force."
Tiv nodded, "Sorry, Masters." He retreated awkwardly, obviously he had expected them to react differently.
Jet almost smiled. The boy was so close to becoming a Jedi Knight...He just had to learn to disconnect from those he loved a tiny bit more.
Reyne Grakin looked at Jet and asked, "Who will be accompanying you on your mission to find the boy?" Jet shrugged, "Tiverian, Trenton and myself seems suffice. Is there someone you had in mind?" Reyne shrugged, "I haven't gotten out in a few months. I'll come along. And perhaps one or two more..."
Jet asked, "Two? Do you think that many will be necessary?"
Aundria Fenix spoke now, "I think it will be."
Jet turned to her inquisitively, "Why?"
Dagon Fenix looked at Roth and said, "Can you wait outside, for a moment, son?"
Roth obviously saw through the situation and asked, "What is this all about?"
Dagon pursed his lips, and Aundria said more forcefully, "We will fill you in shortly. We have one small matter to discuss."
Roth sighed in annoyance and got up. Once the doors were sealed, and the Council was secure, Reyne said, "You know, as well as we, that Trenton Vinh and Roth Fenix have been worrying us. Trenton is too far gone for us to reign in, however, Roth we believe is not, yet."
Jet echoed what Roth had said moments before, "What is this about?"
Aundria said, "You are going with Trenton not only to save Ben. But to keep an eye on his actions and see what he does. If you and the Masters accompanying you agree that his use of The Force is not Jedi-like, we will exile him."
Jet was only taken aback for a split second, "Sounds like a fairly decent plan. What of Roth Fenix?"
San Xaan spoke, "He will remain here while you and the others go to aid young Ben Joreth. The council will make him an offer."
Jet eyed the seat on the council that Roth had previously occupied.
The Masters knew he was catching on.
Evgeni Issus, gave him a subtle nod, and said, "We will offer him that seat on The Jedi High Council, and in return, he will tell us of Trenton's knowledge and use of The Force."
Jet asked, "You want him to sell Trenton out?"
San Xaan shrugged, "Not exactly. Trenton is a threat, and a bad example to our Order. Roth will be doing what any Jedi Master on this council would do in his position."
Jet wondered aloud, "Could exiling Vinh not just make him more deadly of an enemy to us? At least with the Jedi he is under our noses where we can know what he is up to."
San frowned, "We have made an arrangement with The Republic..."
Jet's eyes widened, "You mean a Galactic Exile? Imperial Loyalists were the last people to be Exiled from the entire Republic.."
San asked, "Do you not think Trenton could become as deadly as the whole Empire?"
Reyne shrugged, "If he is exiled from the entire Republic, he will be no danger to anyone. But this may be a bit too dramatic. If we look at his actions, he has yet to actually do any wrong."
Aundria asked, "Would you rather he continue being one of the greatest threats we have ever seen?"
Jet shook his head, "I think it is too early to say. We should let Roth dictate Trenton's fate. If he sees the light, we will have Trenton anyway."
"And if Roth refuses?" asked Evgani Issus.
Jet shrugged, "Than he will be next in line for an Exile."

Jinta leans in his chair the talk about using the Galactic Exile on trenton seems a bit too far its nothing really to complain about he knows what trenton is going through he is also a complete user of the force he has himself used both the side of happiness as well as hatred in order to get the job done but he has seen alot from trenton that these others within the Council have yet to see his compassion for others around him like Roth whom he trained for years and now not giving him a seat on this council but other exiling him they might as well exile him as well as he has done things in the past as well as int he present that is not unlike the Jedi at all...
"uhm masters of the Council even though i am on this council and i cant vote"...
"just hear me out i believe if i am able to give Trenton more in depth in his training"...
"he will turn in what you want him to be but it gotta be cone correctly"...
Jinta then turns to all the masters and is cut off by Tiv entering the Council yellin at the council for not tellin him about his own flesh and blood he pauses his thoughts while the boy blows off some steam and with one seat remaining it should belong to Trenton he should purpose something to the council...
"Masters,i think if you are uhm still going to exile Trenton you will have to exile me i am no perfect Jedi"...
"but who amongest is i have seen Jedi die and become one with the force before any of you were even born and for some of you i was doing the cowboy deploymacy when you were in your Jedi Diapers"...
"but in that time i founded the first Gray Jedi Acedemy which allows users of the force not just Jedi come into the Acedemy and learn different aspects of the force to get a better understanding about themselves"...
" i am alot like Trenton San just more experienced in the force as a whole and all its diferent aspects, its different paths"...
"i think if you give me a chance i can train Trenton these aspects more intuned he isnt that much of a threat"...
"now that Nain has all decieved us and betrayed all of us"...
"not just Lucien here for now he is a threat not Trenton"...
"giving me a chance perhaps i can prove to you all that Trenton will be a better well behaved Jedi in your eyes"...
"and i am coming with you all to Kessel, to show you that Trenton isnt a threat, not anymore"...

Jet eyed Jinta wearily, but it was Aundria who spoke in her diplomatic and calm voice, "Master Jidan. We appreciate your input and eagerness to help, but Trenton was trained by Master Sumner and you yourself years ago. If you could not make him a more manageable student then you will not now. He will not even accept your training, much less listen to you."
San nodded, "He is much stronger than you are, Master Jidan. He will not take to being condescended. Especially not by a senator."
Dagon Fenix added, "And he has been unruly since he was a mere Padawan. You did what you did for reasons other than his. You may have been away as a diplomat for the last several years, Master Jidan, but we have been here watching Vinh's every move. He deserves whatever punishment he gets."
Evgani Issus added, "His views on The Force are much more radical than even yours, Master. We will not exile you, what he does and what you have done are very different things. And, might I add, there isn't much to teach that boy. You were on Naboo, you felt what he did. force users across the whole Galaxy felt what he did. No one has achieved such Mastery of The Force, ever."
Jet spoke up, "You may come with us if you wish. But I suggest you be careful. We will not hesitate to stop Trenton from doing an evil deed, by force if necessary. But do not cross him, because I know for a fact that he is a threat."

"i know he is stronger then me"...
"he is stronger then all of us"...
"and if he wanted to kill us dont you think he would have done so already"...
"if he was this big threat"...
"i may not have the midichlorians as he does"...
"but i am wiser then Trenton"...
"i have had more time to master my abilities then him"...
"he relies too much on the force then himself even if he is powerful"...
"he has done many things considered to be dark but so have i"...
"but your right he wont listen to everyone"...
"but he has in the past when he wanted to was and has been able to take in some of the knowledge i have given him"...
"and he learns very quickly"...
"but if he is Exiled galacticly i believe to a terrible place this goes"...
"and my senatorship isnt why i am here"...
"i was perhaps a Senator or Governor a few months ago"...
"but that was then and this is now"...
"my life for the moment is for the Jedi and if i can use my knowledge of what i have learned from being a political official then i will use it"...
Jinta sits up from on his chair and then stands up as he flips his hood over his head and he stands in the middle of the council room as he looks around to all that is within the room at San,Reyne,Jet,Lucien, and others and then he closes his eyes and the force jumps into his mind its a meditation which is happening right now he kneels to the ground and concentrates on the force for all who is around him he pauses and knows he is looking into the future he sees nothing but death and fiery buildings a blaze he notices he is looking throughout the eyes of not him but someone else someone he cant figure out who and then it is gone he opens his eyes and rises back up from his knees and head towards the door...
"i believe if you decide to vote for Trenton Exilement then what i have just seen in the force will come true and the consquences will be grim"...
"but we should leave Ben Joreth's life is at risk and gettin him back is our main priority"...
With that Jinta walks towards the door it opens and he walks out he passes Tiv and pats the poor kid on the shoulder as he then sees and notices Trenton heading down the hallway he walks up to his back and then stands beside him he turns his head to him and stares at the most powerful yet nieve user of the force and he cant see a threat standing before him he does see someone he trusts and thats what the Council should do is simply trust him...
"Trenton i am coming with you on this mission"...
"and i know Ben's kidnapping has you on edge but think back to your early training be calm until the very last moment"...
"and if Jet finds that you are too much of a threat they are thinking about doing something to you"...
"but we cant speak here lets together go for a drink before we set out to Kessel"...
"its important for me to tell you this but i cant say it here"...
"lets go to a place where the council isnt always looking at you watching your every move Trenton"...

Jet frowned as Jinta left, and exchanged glances with the other Jedi Masters. He furrowed his brow and said, "I suppose I should go get ready. Question Roth, and see if you can get him to give us the information we need. Message me on my comlink when you have results. May The Force Be With You."
Aundria nodded, "And with you."
Jet left the Council Chambers and saw Roth talking in whispered tones to Trenton. Jet caught a snippet of Roth's words, "...some will be ready to leave when the time comes." Roth went quiet as Jet stopped beside them. Trenton nodded at Roth and says, "Be prepared. I will comm you when the time has come."
Jet gave them a curious look, and asked, "Am I interrupting?" Trenton shook his head and walked away silently. Roth looked down at Jet as Jet turned to him and said, "The Council will see you now." Roth nodded and stepped into the Council room, the doors slipping shut behind him. Jet eyed Trenton down the hallway as he spoke to Jinta. He couldn't hear the words, but he saw Trenton shake his head and leave quickly, looking tired.
He readied his things in his quarters. He took his lightsaber, a few rations, his comlink, all the usual gear. If they were going to Kessel, they would need breath masks, but there would be some of them on board the ship. He made his way to the shuttle they would be taking, a sleek Lambda-Class Shuttle. He started up the take-off procedures, and awaited the rest of the Strike Team.
Within a few moments, Trenton strode aboard. He eyed Jinta at the controls and said, "Alert me when we get to Kessel, I'll find him when we get there." Trent slipped into one of the private quarters without a backwards glance, leaving Jet frowning. He wondered how Trent would find Ben, when the boy had not accessed The Force since he had emitted the Force Pulse.
Reyne came aboard next, a hint of a smile on his face. He was clearly excited to be going. He dropped into the copilot's seat and asked, "Anything I can do?"
Jet shook his head and said, "Let's get this bantha onto the dunes."
Tiv sprinted up the boarding ramp and dropped into the seat behind Jet, asking, "How long until we arrive in Kessel?"
Jet shrugged, "It shouldn't take more than a few hours in this thing. It's got the fastest engines in the Temple."
Tiv nodded readily. They started up the engines and prepared to leave.

Master Jall hurried through the Temple as fast as his dignity would allow; to flat-out sprint through the halls would probably raise a few eyebrows on the Council, if they had nothing better to debate in the meantime. He'd had trouble getting confirmation, but he'd finally received the go-ahead to join the strike team. He was supposed to be elsewhere, with his Padawan, but he trusted Seth to handle things well enough in his absence.
He walked into the Temple hangar, the light from outside streaming in through the open doors, illuminating the Lambda-class shuttle that was preparing for take off. Now he did run, his robes billowing around him, until he reached the boarding ramp. "Trenton..." he said, with a nod, then curtly nodded to the others too. "I served under you at Naboo. When I heard of your Padawan's disappearance, I knew I wanted to help you find and retrieve him. From one tutor to another, I know that the attachment between Master and Padawan sometimes transcends the limitations set down by the Jedi Code..." he said, wary of being overheard.
He took his seat and strapped on his crash webbing. "I've been granted permission to postpone my rendezvous with the 'Amaris', in order to assist you" he smiled.
